Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared before leaving our facility.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer — but quality and accuracy will always come first.

United States

Shipped via USPS or FedEx.
Typical delivery window: 15–20 business days after processing.

International Orders

Shipping times vary by region.
Most international deliveries arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

🔍 Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can check your delivery status anytime through our Track Your Order page.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to update something?
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase at no extra charge.

“Cancel My Order”


🏡 Address Corrections

Accidentally entered the wrong address?
Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll correct it before dispatch.
Once the package ships, delivery details can no longer be changed.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Our carriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to our fulfillment center.
Don’t worry — we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery.


💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging every Syntra creation.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at velinor@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll send a replacement immediately, at no additional cost.
